June 2024 RECITAL NEWSLETTER

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION AND KEEP FOR REFERENCE

Dear Parents and Students,

Our recitals will be held Friday, June 7 and Saturday, June 8 at the Upper Perkiomen Middle School, 901 Montgomery Ave., Pennsburg,18073.  There is another event at the High School.  Please be sure you come to the Middle School. Directions to the Middle School from the Quakertown Studio:

Take 663 South towards Pennsburg.  Make a left unto Main St. (Route 29).  Make a right at 8th St.  Then a left on Montgomery Ave.  Upper Perkiomen Middle School will be on the right.

There will be refreshments for sale in the lobby at the rehearsal and the recitals.  Carnations are available for $6.00 for a bouquet of 3.  Please note that all sales for tickets, flowers and refreshments are cash only. There is no food or drink allowed in the auditorium, in the dressing rooms or backstage.  There is no smoking allowed on school property.

Full Dress Rehearsal is on Thursday, June 6 for all B.S.E. members.  A rehearsal schedule was handed out in class the week of May 20.  Please let us know if you need one.  You may leave the rehearsal after you are done rehearsing all your numbers. Thank you.

Reminder: Christmas show auditions will be held on Sunday June  2  FROM 12:00 – 2:30.  Boys and Girls ages 5 years and up who presently study jazz, ballet, and tap can audition for a chance to be a performer in “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”.  

12:00 P.M. – 12:45 – AGES 5-7  

12:45 – 1:30 – AGES 8-11  

1:30 – 2:30  AGES 12 AND UP  

The dates for the Christmas Show Camps  are Monday, June 24 – Thursday, June 27 and  Monday, August 12 - Thursday,  August 15 .  Cost is $120.00 per camp and includes all rehearsals at no extra charge.
