Miss Cindy, the teachers and staff wish to thank all of you for your generosity

and thoughtfulness during the holiday season. We hope all of you had a

wonderful holiday and we wish you all the best for the New Year.

Our school closes only when Quakertown school district closes due to inclement weather. Cancellations will be sent by email and a message will be on the studio phones. Dancers, please attend your scheduled makeup class for any classes missed. Gymnasts, please call 215-536-6755 and schedule a makeup class.

All company dance classes and the gymnastic team are preparing for the

competition. You must attend your classes unless you are sick. PARENTS,

please notify the studio when your child is absent, so we know where your child

is. The competition date is set for April 23, 24, 25 and 26. Reserve your hotel

room now at the Crowne Plaza in King of Prussia if you are planning on staying

overnight. Let them know you are with Miss Cindy’s School of Dance.

Competition information will be sent out soon. All competition fees will be due

by February 16.

REMINDER

February tuition is due the first week of January. Please make sure your February tuition is paid and that your costume is paid in full. All costumes must be paid in full. Costumes are starting to arrive. Please put them in a safe place. Photo information will come out at a later date. The final costume payment was due the week of December 1.

Solos, duos, and trios will be billed if 24 hours cancellation notice is not given.

Teachers must be paid for the time even when your child does not show up.

RECITAL DATES and GYM SHOW DATES have been confirmed. The GYM

show will be Thursday, June 4 at Faith Church in Sellersville. The recitals and

rehearsal will be at Pennridge Central Middle School. The recitals will be on

SATURDAY, JUNE 6 and SUNDAY, JUNE 7 . REHEARSAL for all B.S.E.

members will be FRIDAY, JUNE 5. The last week of dance and gymnastic

classes will be Monday, June 8 thru Saturday, June 13.

REMINDER: ALL CHRISTMAS SHOW CAST MEMBERS: Costumes must be cleaned and returned next week, Jan. 12, 13, and 14 in Studio I from 5:00 p.m–8:00 p.m. Please wash or dry clean each costume and return all accessories.
