HOLIDAY CLOSING FOR DANCE AND GYMNASTICS – Our studios will be closed for Christmas vacation on Monday, December 23 and will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2020 with regular schedules. Dancers, please attend your scheduled make-up class time. Gymnasts, please call 215-257-4121 and schedule a make-up class.
CHRISTMAS PARTIES – Parties will be held from Monday, December 16 through Saturday, December 21 during regular class time. Please send in a special treat or drink for your child to share with his/her class. Please do not send in any food items containing peanuts or peanut oil. Please write a note concerning any food allergies your child has before the parties. We will also need donations of napkins, juice or other drinks and paper cups.
TENTATIVE RECITAL DATES – June 18, 19, and 20 – We close each school year with our recitals. This is the highlight of your child's dance year. It requires the purchase of a costume. Final costume payment is due by December 20. If you are not planning on being in the recital please let us know as soon as possible so we do not order a costume for your child. All Students must attend dress rehearsal on June 13, 15 and/or 16 to participate in the recital.
GYM SHOW DATE – JUNE 6 Gym show rehearsal - June 5 .
REMINDER: January tuition is due the first week of December. All tuition should be up to date or a service fee will be added to the total. Final costume deposit is due by December 20.
Our school does not follow Quakertown school district's schedule for holiday closings. We only follow the school district's closings due to snow cancellations or early dismissals due to inclement weather. Cancellations will be sent by email and a message will be on the studio phones.
We have gift certificates available for Christmas to use for classes or dance wear.
GREAT JOB to our students and parents with the Christmas Show, “The Most Wonderful Time of the Year”. The performance was wonderful. Thank you parents and staff for your help with concessions, ushering, set up and clean up.
All Christmas show costumes need to be returned to Studio I– (Quakertown) on January 6, 7, and 8 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Please wash or dry clean each costume and return all accessories. There will be a $5.00 late fee for each costume if they are not returned by January 20. Thank you!
